Chia and Cherry Eid Smoothie Jars 2018

The mixture of chia pudding and smoothie adds a lot of texture and bulk to the meal, helping fill you up at breakfast without leaving you feeling uncomfortable or bloated.

Recipe:
Chia pudding

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup

Leave to soak for a minimum of 4 hours then stir well to avoid clumping.

Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of pitted cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbs vanilla protein powder

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
